Arnold Isaacs, a veteran reporter and editor, is the author of the acclaimed "Vietnam Shadows: The War, Its Ghosts, and Its Legacy," and "Without Honor: Defeat in Vietnam and Cambodia." He taught courses on Vietnam at Towson University.
